Learn more →Mold remediation is more than wiping away visible discoloration. The underlying moisture source must be identified and corrected, and affected materials must be evaluated before work starts.
A persistent musty odor, recurring staining, damp drywall, or visible growth after a leak can justify a closer look. Not every stain is mold, and appearance alone cannot establish the full extent of a problem.
We begin by reviewing the moisture history and visible conditions. When an independent assessment or written protocol is needed, we coordinate the scope around that information rather than guessing at hidden conditions.
Depending on the project, work may include protecting unaffected rooms, isolating the work area, HEPA air filtration, controlled removal of damaged porous materials, detailed surface cleaning, and appropriate repairs. We explain the scope before starting.
We do not perform internal HVAC remediation. If contamination is suspected inside ducts or air-handling equipment, that portion is referred to a qualified HVAC contractor.
No. Material type, extent, moisture exposure, and the condition of the assembly determine whether cleaning or removal is appropriate.
No. Coatings do not replace moisture correction or proper cleaning and material removal.
Completion is evaluated against the agreed scope. Where appropriate, independent post-remediation verification or air sampling can provide additional information.
